„Obezitatea infantilă în perioada pandemiei COVID-19 – Evoluția obiceiurilor în familie”
În perioada 4-5 iunie 2021 va avea loc online conferința internațională „Obezitatea infantilă în perioada pandemiei COVID-19 – Evoluția obiceiurilor în familie”, sub egida Universității de Medicină și Farmacie Grigore T. Popa din Iași.
În timpul pandemiei COVID-19, familiile și-au schimbat obiceiurile în ceea ce privește dieta, activitatea fizică, munca și relațiile sociale. Pentru mulți oameni, aceste modificări au dus și la creșterea în greutate. Cum vor fi copiii afectați de aceste noi obiceiuri în viitor? Specialiștii implicați în dezvoltarea și monitorizarea programelor școlare sau comunitare din mai multe țări își vor împărtăși experiența și vor propune noi strategii pentru prevenirea obezității infantile în era post-pandemică.
Comisia Europeană sprijină evenimentul prin acordarea premiul I orașului Iași – Programul Traista cu sănătate (EU Health Award – cities category), pentru inițiativa de a promova un stil de viață sănătos în rândul copiilor (Programul Traista cu sănătate. Tradiții sănătoase pentru copii sănătoși).

We invite you to the international conference “Childhood obesity within the COVID-19 pandemic – The evolution of family habits”, which will take place online on 4-5 June 2021.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, families changed their habits in terms of diet, physical activity, work, and social relationships. For many people, these changes have also led to weight gain. How will children be affected by these new habits in the future?
Specialists from 10 countries – involved in the development and monitoring of school- or community-based programs – will share their experience and will propose new strategies for preventing childhood obesity in the post-pandemic era.
The conference will take place under the auspices of Grigore T. Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy from Iasi. The European Commission supports the event by awarding the first prize to the city of Iași – EU Health Award – cities category, for the initiative to promote a healthy lifestyle among children (Healthy Traditions Programme).
The registration is free of charge. The registration deadline: June 2, 2021.
